Very overrated. The manager/owner does everything except bring the food out. This meant that I was about 10 seconds from walking out the door as we waited to be seated for what seemed like an eternity even though there were a ton of seats open and only 2 reservations in the book as both servers told us someone would be right with us (empower the people, geez). Bill was one of my most expensive in Italy but I barely remember what I ate so not memorable for the price.
When you commit the cardinal sin on a Saturday night of arriving at restaurants in Roma without a reservation hoping to eat. We ended up at the Flamingo Mediterranean Ristorante and the greeter mothered us like her own children. Seating us at a table for 5, their only table not reserved, despite our offers to eat at the bar.
I think they mistook us for royalty because they treated us so well. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive,
and helpful. The chef prepared Deborah's meal at the table, "chef's choice pasta carbonara", I enjoy the Lasagna and a side salad. She had a Prosecco and i had a glass of house red. We loved the meal and the kindness. A good value comparatively for Roma.

Wonderful experience visitng this place! The food was excellent, the atmosphere was chilly, waiting for the food was a little longer, but definitely worth going!
We had a perfect dining experience. My husband and I shared the tomahawk steak and red wine. The steak was the best steak that either of us has ever had. It came on a hot salt bock so we could continue to cook each bite to our own preferences and added depth and seasoning to each bite. I am sure the rest of their food is great but I highly recommend sharing the tomahawk steak.
Fantastic experience. The place is very cute, designed and styled with great taste. The menu is very interesting as it gives the opportunity to choose meat cuts difficult to find in other restaurants as wagyu and other more exotic choices.
The best carbonara! So creamy and so much fun. It was brought to the table by a bartender who served it by shaking it in a cocktail shaker. Extremely tasty and interesting, definitely something different to try
Modern, green and stylish restaurant with both traditional Italian/Roman food and new dishes. Food quality is outstanding, service is kind and professional. I had a wonderful dinner experience!

The best food we had in Rome. This is not another boring tourist restaurant. It offers nice plates, they respect you and it is kids friendly despite the fact that the interior is quite luxury
